  • Today is a hard one.

    I am so tired.  I had no sleep last night and I got up and 6:30 to work out. I only got half of it done because I was going to be late for school.  I wanted to fall asleep all day today.  The good thing is, I got some of a workout done and my intake has been really good in comparison to what I was usually eating.  So happy for that.  I really hope I can sleep tonight and I don't get called in for work.
