Today is a hard one.
I am so tired. I had no sleep last night and I got up and 6:30 to work out. I only got half of it done because I was going to be late for school. I wanted to fall asleep all day today. The good thing is, I got some of a workout done and my intake has been really good in comparison to what I was usually eating. So happy for that. I really hope I can sleep tonight and I don't get called in for work.

Where do you live? It's only noon here in the U.S.
I should start working out before school! I get up at 5:30 mostly to get ready... school starts so early every day though. That would get me energized right quick though. Good for you!
@AlwaysNatural - I guess I should have said "It's a hard day so far today" It was around 3:00pm when i wrote that. I live in the North with the Polar Bears :P

Try drinking lots of green tea, it warms your tummy, helps you lose weight, and keeps you going...not before bed tho obviously >.-
